VR Headset & Equipment Rental Pricing
Rental prices depend on the number of units, the rental period and the type of event. They are generally divided into three main packages as follows (for exact pricing please contact our team for the latest quote, as prices may change with the season and promotions).
- Basic Pack (5–10 units) — Ideal for parties, birthdays or small activities. Includes 1–2 staff, sweat-guard face covers, and setup ready to play immediately.
- Standard Pack (11–25 units) — Ideal for Team Building or seminars. Includes 2–4 staff and TV casting so surrounding audiences can watch the gameplay together.
- Premium Pack (50+ units) — Ideal for large events or concerts. Includes 4–8 staff, an end-to-end solution and special pricing for full-package bookings.
Rental prices start from a few thousand baht per unit (approximate — please confirm with our team), with special discounts for multi-day or high-volume rentals. What’s included in a rental package?

What are the deposit and equipment-damage terms?
Bookings require a deposit to reserve your slot. Details of the deposit amount and terms for equipment damage are clearly stated in each event’s quote/rental agreement. We recommend reviewing them and checking with our team before confirming every booking.
Do you provide staff on-site?
Absolutely. Every package includes a professional team to set up the system, teach guests how to play, and stand by to resolve technical issues throughout the rental — so organizers can focus fully on the bigger picture.
Do you deliver and install outside Bangkok or upcountry?
We serve all of Thailand — including Chiang Mai, Phuket, Khon Kaen, Pattaya and other provinces — with travel and transport fees based on actual distance, clearly stated in the quote.
Can I cancel or reschedule the event date?
You can reschedule or cancel, but the terms for deposit refunds or fees may vary depending on how much notice is given. We recommend notifying our team as early as possible to clarify the conditions in each case.
Can you issue a tax invoice?
